Security
Memos of New Hampshire works to protect the security of your information throughout the ordering process. Our servers are off-site and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week with encryption software and Cisco Pix Firewall protection. We back up all of our information nightly, as the protection or your personal information is a top priority. Memos of New Hampshire only uses the last four digits of your credit card number to verify account information. No credit card numbers or passwords are given out over the phone. Password information is communicated via email only. If you feel that your password has been compromised, notify a Memos of New Hampshire representative immediately and we will promptly update your account with a new password.
